Terms of Use

1. General provisions

• These Terms of Use govern the use of the OnLa website, services, ads, messages and paid services.
• By using the site, registering, posting an ad, sending a message or paying for a service, the User accepts these terms.
• OnLa provides a communication platform for posting ads. Transactions are made directly between Users. OnLa is not a seller, buyer, intermediary or guarantor of a transaction.

2. Registration and account

• The User may create an account by providing accurate information.
• The User is responsible for the security of their login, password, phone, email and all actions performed through the account.
• Transferring an account or access to third parties is prohibited.
• OnLa may limit, freeze or block an account in case of rule violations, suspected fraud, spam, duplicate accounts or a security threat.

3. Posting ads

• The User must publish only accurate, current and complete information about goods, services, vacancies or offers.
• The ad must be placed in the correct category and subcategory. Title, description, price, photos and characteristics must match the real offer.
• Duplicate ads, misleading information, photos without rights, dangerous links, advertising external resources and contact details in the title are prohibited.
• OnLa may edit, move, hide, freeze, reject or delete ads that violate site rules or the law.

4. Prohibited goods, services and actions

• It is prohibited to publish goods and services forbidden by law: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, forged documents, dangerous substances, prohibited medicines, pornographic materials, personal-data databases and other illegal offers.
• Fraud, deception, spam, threats, insults, discrimination, publication of personal data of others, attempts to access another account or bypass technical restrictions are prohibited.
• OnLa may remove such content without prior notice and restrict the User’s access to services.

5. Communication and transaction safety

• Users independently agree on transaction terms, meeting, delivery, payment and inspection of goods.
• OnLa recommends not sending advance payments to unknown persons and not sharing bank card data, confirmation codes, passwords, documents or personal information with third parties.
• The User independently assesses transaction risks. OnLa is not responsible for product quality, actions of a seller or buyer, delivery, payment or consequences of a meeting.
• If fraud is suspected, the User may contact support or report the ad.

6. Paid services

• OnLa may provide paid services: ad promotion, VIP/TOP placement, publication, renewal, Business account, balance top-up and other services.
• The price and duration of the service are shown on the payment page before confirmation.
• A paid service is considered provided from the moment it is activated in the account or applied to the ad.
• Refunds are possible only in cases provided by site rules and applicable law. Funds are not refunded if the service has already been provided or the ad/account violated site rules.

7. Personal data

• By using the site, the User agrees to processing data necessary for the service: account data, contact details, ads, messages, technical device data, IP address, cookies and actions on the site.
• OnLa uses data to provide services, ensure security, prevent fraud, communicate with the User, improve the site and comply with the law.

8. OnLa rights

• OnLa may change website functionality, posting rules, service prices, design, moderation procedure and availability of individual services.
• OnLa may restrict User actions when necessary for site security, protection of other Users, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
• OnLa may send service notifications related to the account, ads, payments, security and support.

9. Liability

• The User is responsible for posted ads, messages, photos, account data and actions performed through the account.
• OnLa does not guarantee uninterrupted operation without errors, technical failures or temporary unavailability.
• OnLa is not liable for losses caused by actions of other Users, inaccurate ads, failed transactions, delivery, payment or use of external links.

10. Changes to the agreement

• OnLa may update these terms. The new version takes effect after publication on the site unless otherwise stated.
• Continued use of the site after changes are published means the User accepts the updated terms.

11. Final provisions

• The agreement is governed by Belgian law unless mandatory rules of applicable law provide otherwise.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
